Tracking Your Order

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link that allows you to follow the shipment and view its current delivery status.

Varezi is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other additional charges that may be applied by the destination country.

Any fees or charges requested by customs authorities, local carriers, or other governmental or shipping services during or after delivery are the customer's responsibility.

Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address

Before completing your purchase, please carefully verify that all shipping information provided is correct, complete, and up to date.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or improperly entered address provided by the customer, any additional shipping expenses required to send the order again will be paid by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost while in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 10 days of delivery at contact@varezi.shop.

Our team will investigate the situation and make every reasonable effort to assist you and find an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
